Manias Construction was founded in 2016 by Konstantinos Manias and is based in Aroni Akrotiriou, Chania, steadily expanding its activities throughout Crete. From the very beginning, the company has been associated with high quality, technical precision, and dedication to detail, creating projects that combine contemporary aesthetics with expertise and top-level functionality.<\/p>

Specializing in \u201cturnkey\u201d residential construction, we offer a comprehensive, fully managed experience that begins with the initial design and culminates in the flawless delivery of the project. At the same time, we operate in the fields of building permits, property sourcing and evaluation, technical projects, renovations and restorations, as well as energy applications, providing high-standard solutions.<\/p>

Our journey started with small projects, but a commitment to quality and the trust of our clients led to the gradual development of a company that today undertakes demanding, high-level constructions. Our team consists of the founder, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, surveyors, and selected local workforce \u2014 professionals with experience, precision, and absolute dedication to the final result. Each project is executed with technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail, characteristics that shape our timeless identity.<\/p>

Manias Construction consistently invests in modern technology and sustainability. Our offices and building materials store operate exclusively with photovoltaic systems, and we have an electric vehicle charging station, confirming our commitment to a green, energy-efficient future. Since 2016, we have been actively involved in retail and wholesale through our technical building materials store, offering top-quality materials. In 2019, we expanded our services to include projects for public and military entities, and since 2023, we have entered the fuel sector with the operation of our own fuel station.<\/p>

At the core of our philosophy is giving back to society. We support families in their daily needs, cover tuition and living expenses for students, assist athletes striving to achieve their dreams, and provide services and financial support to institutions and local church parishes through restorations, repairs, and donations.
