The company Manias construction was founded by Konstantinos Manias in October 2016 and is based in Aroni, Akrotiri in the city of Chania, while the company undertakes works in areas throughout Greece.

It is active in the fields of construction works, building permits, finding real estate, technical works, restorations – renovations as well as the construction of energy projects, while the main volume of our work is the construction works and specifically the construction of turnkey houses.

The firm started by undertaking small projects, and gradually transformed into a complete construction company, while gaining experienced partners with many years of experience in the industry, becoming the ideal company able to undertake projects of high demands.

The company is staffed by the founder (Project Management), two civil engineers, a mechanical engineer and 1 surveyor who with their experience complete the projects with 100% success fulfilling the customer’s expectations.
